Fazenda Pradio Pacio Branco 2019 BFCM21ALL molasses and toffee evolve intoPacio Branco is a blend of Dona Branca, Godello, Loureira . The whole cluster fermentation adds a level of texture that along with the intense minerality aromatics makes it clear that it is serious white wine. On the nose aromas of white fruit, floral, white tea, spicy and a light white pepper. In the mouth a nice tension in terms of fruit and acids, with a salty attack. Very clean and invigorating.
